Solars I was told the same, not to lift even the kettle to make a drink or put washing out. I think like Maybe says it is more to prevent an accident or burn from been groggy still. Basically just rest would be my advice. My tummy did feel like I had pulled something for a few days afterwards. For some reason it was worst when turning over in bed or standing up from a sitting position. Confused

SweetieDoesIt · 09/10/2012 12:53

Maybe we have bought her some salmon & potato it bloody stinks to see if that helps. It is a Wainwrights one for puppies. They did say it could take a couple of weeks to show signs of improvement Sad. It is terrible to see her itching all the time but good news that Otis is better through diet so I can hope

Geeklette · 09/10/2012 13:09

sparks boo to the BFN, but still no AF so you never know. Can't believe those hives are still hanging around for you :(

sweetie I had a dog when I was growing up and it turned out she was allergic to flea bites - the lumps remained for about four months even after flea treatment. Hope you're able to get your pup sorted faster than that.

solars brooking for your three eggs - and you never know, one or two more follies may have caught up by then. Is it 18mm that they consider to be the minimum for viable follies?

boo glad to hear you are recovering from your spin, and sorry to hear about your meltdown. I daren't even try and find the other fred while I'm at work but anyway x

No news here, just rumbling along with no symptoms to report other than the normal sore norkage I get between O and AF. Trying and failing miserably to keep myself occupied and not think about the 2ww too much. I wish my cycles were shorter, I definitely put far too mmuch stock in each 2ww as they are so few and far between. Nearly killed MrGeek yesterday, when I told him I had taken next monday off as AF is due that day, he said 'hasn't it come round quick - seems like only a couple of weeks since your last one' pfffft!!!

cartoonface · 09/10/2012 14:23

The brooker in question also popped in to see us not so long ago too. She now has her DC and was wishing us all luck.

SweetieDoesIt · 09/10/2012 17:26

first ever rat smacking thread read down to the Aubers post on 31st may at 11.10 - that is why she is a legend. Enough said Grin

PrincessPumpkinshoutsBOO · 09/10/2012 17:38

Grin I feel like I have been shown the holy grail, surely HQ should put it in classics to save for future generations of brooker's!

ScarlettInSpace · 09/10/2012 19:14

What do we want?
POSITIVE PEE STICKS!!!

When do we want them?
NOOOOW!!!

keepitgoing · 10/10/2012 03:46

face how are wedding plans coming along? How many guests are you having along to the revised date. It's not long now!!

solars massive good luck for today. can't wait to hear how you get on.

scarlett when will you be poas for us?

And also geek. None of this moping, m'lady. I'm glad you've taken Monday off, because that will be the day you get your BFP, and so you won't be able to concentrate. silly mrgeek. Honestly, these men have no clue. I am jealous of them being able to want something but not obsess about it. But then, it's our bodies doing all the crazy stuff.

Another report on the horny goat weed, and all the other supplements DH is on. It's like he's 18 again ladies Blush I just hope it's doing something to the sperm!!!

Love to all. I could do with some brooking that i ovulate before next Friday, as that's when dh leaves for 6 weeks. going on past cycles it could be any time from wed - sunday when i get my peak of the cbfm. So brook for the earlier date, please! Ta

Fresh pineapple and custard apples for breakfast.

BeedleTheBard · 10/10/2012 05:39

sweetie hope the puppy feels better soon the poor thing

solars is it EC today, I'm brooking my socks off for you - though they're a bit wet as I've just been sucking them :o

scarlett excellent rousing speech, I might have to rush upstairs and jump on MrB - though its a bit early for rat-smacking yet

keep I'm thinking egg-popping thoughts for you

Well my HSG went well (actually it was a HSS as it was ultrasound not x-ray). She found the small fibroid the dr mentioned last time but said it was nothing to worry about. The fluid went through both tubes, so it seems everything is fine. It was a bit painful when the nurse squirted the liquid in, and I still feel a little strange, not crampy just a slight awareness of something. I'm sure once the liquid has gone away it'll be fine.
The bad news was that MrB got stage fright and couldn't do his JIAJ - luckily he was at home not trying to do it at the hospital, but he needs to make a new appointment and then we will be going back to see the dr (and presumably we'll be put on the waiting list for IVF) I think they have to offer us treatment within 3 months, so it will be early next year, if the magic of HSG and brooking doesn't work in the meantime :o

keepitgoing · 10/10/2012 05:51

oh poor mrbeedle! were you not there to help him out? It is quite stressful for them, i am glad at least we don't have to o on demand. But i still think getting stared at and prodded means we have the worse deal... Looks like we might be the brookers round two of IVF together then, beedle. But silly me, we won't need it, that's just a back up plan! Glad the HSS was ok and that the fibroid is nothing to worry about. Do they know what causes them?

SweetieDoesIt · 10/10/2012 07:01

Beedle glad you HSG went well. And poor MrB, sorry he had performance issues. I am sure you will have the magic effect of HSG of your BFP very soon

Solars the very best of luck today, I will be thinking of you and your little eggies soon to be lovely strong embies

keep shall we start the ovulation dance for your early ovulation? I would say get smacking that rat best you can before DH goes away

Shrieklette · 10/10/2012 08:03
PrincessPumpkinshoutsBOO · 10/10/2012 08:30

Shriek love the new Halloween costume, maybe we could all dress up and scare AF away for good :)

Solars brooking for a good collection of golden eggs that will soon be perfect embys!

Beedle now you have had the hsg, just wait for the ironic BFP to come your way.

Keep of course you are going to OV exactly when you need to cos your a brooker and we say so. Fact!

Well I am all fully rested and may even venture out further than a quick trip to my local sainsburys today.

cartoonface · 10/10/2012 09:24

oh poor mr beedle its just not the same when you 'have' to do something is it.
hehe shrieklette i love it! very scarey.
brooking for keeps ov to be early! you'll totes be a preggo by the time dp gets back.
wedding planning is going well most friends and family new of the new date before the invitations went out and no one seemed to have a major problem with it so im acually expecting the majority of people invited to be coming just awaiting the rsvps!full day and evening count is 140! didnt realised we knew so many people.
so when would everyone be free for a mn hen party!

SecretSparkle · 10/10/2012 09:31

Beedle oh poor mrbeedle, Its all fun and games until someone sticks a cup in front of them!!

Face Im ever so sorry but non of us will be able to make your hen party, we'll all be too busy being pregnant!!!

So, who is going to be next to give us a BFP? I'm due between now and Monday, Ive dared AF to arrive by not bringing out pads "go on bitch, I dare you to arrive now"

PrincessPumpkinshoutsBOO · 10/10/2012 09:33

Grin Face I would hope Keep would be pg before her dh goes away, or there could be an awkward conversation to be had Shock
