I'm sorry I've not been on for most of this thread. AF got me a few days early so I'm out, and after 13 months I am taking a break from TTC. Unfortunately this is been quite a traumatic month for me in other respects so I have too much on my plate at the moment to carry on.

Congratulations to the BFPers and good luck to those still waiting.

Taking I have joined you on the November bus but might have an outside chance of an October BFP on the 29th. Not very hopeful tho as dh has to leave next week and I ov right in the middle of him being away :(

So we dtd on the day I got my smiley but not the day after. We've dtd a few times since - I'm hoping that it's still been enough though.

Well...I am out for October!! Cant believe it but AF arrived if FULL force this morning. Looks like it was another WTF cycle as ov on CD17, 9 day luteal phase and AF CD26! I have gone from MC to 44 day cycle to a 25 day cycle. Bit worried now that my luteal phase is messed up and I wont carry now...musnt look at Dr Google! So I will be hopping on November's bus!

I'm hoping a head cold is a symptom, Violet, as I've got one which started yesterday, at 6dpo. Feel crap.

Sore boobs are a permanent feature since before OV. They are bigger and heavier too.

Hi all. I just wanted to pop in and say hi, especially to those of you who I met in the Sept threads (parts 1 and 2!).
Some might remember I was hoping for BFP around the end of Sept. but ended up ovulating later than I thought I would so figured it was a longer cycle after settling down post-pill. I ran out of time in Sept and then popped off to Spain for a week, intending to come join the Oct thread when I got back today. However, as the week went by in Spain, no AF appeared even though I'd had some spotting last weekend. So, back from Spain this morning, swung by Boots on the way and yep, BFP! 2-3 weeks according to CB Digi! .

Just wanted to update some of the people I spoke to and wish you good luck - especially if you're in the older age box (I turned 36 last week). xx

Thanks Weechops. It's all a bit surreal because I don't seem to have any symptoms at all - which is good I think (who wants to feel queasy) but just a bit odd.

Hello ladies i am now cd 36 and 17 dpo no visit from AF and BFP either. No idea whats going on seems like pcos is causing problems again ? Back on healthy eating tomorrow and going to try chill about the whole ttc thing. Is late AF normal after cp? On plus side my cramps have stopped

I am hopping on the October bus- just back from Caribbean holiday and very relaxed. Plenty of shagging although sadly I think that it was too early in cycle to be of use and now MIL is staying for the week I have EWCM FFS!! Unlikely but hopeful for BFP around the 24th

Read a good book on the Kindle on holiday which was a helpful overview of TTC and quite funny too. If anyone is interested:

Just caught up on the rest of the thread and belated congrats to ella, cereal and violet !!

We have reverted to teenager tactics and had a shag on the bedroom floor while MIL was making coffee downstairs, the bloody bed is super squeaky so we are needing to be sneaky

congrats to all the BFPs! very exciting.

I am in a grump today because DH wouldn't DTD last night because of a headache. I was really annoyed even though it's too early to make a difference, day 15 of a 35 day cycle is definitely pre-O! I feel like I am taking responsibility for knowing when the right times are because he says he doesn't want to know too many details (fair enough) but then if it's up to me it has to be up to me if you know what I mean! Tell me some of you have been annoyed by your OH too please....

Only 8dpo so not allowing my hopes to get up. Symptom spotting like crazy though!!
