I will be your conductor thread starter for all of us that are hoping for a BFP in October 2012.

Allow me to start.

violet I am new to all this as with DS1 I had NO clue at all!! but I had ewcm a few days before I had an actual pop which I think was my egg being released. Last cycle was my first off the pill so I am going to be paying close attention to my body in terms of more pops/cramps mid cycle and EWCM. I have no idea which is better for timing tho... and with a BF who lives 50 miles away dtd at the right time is not easy..! I think I ov on cd11-13 rather than cd14 so am timing my shags to then rather than just physical symptoms like ov pains or ewcm. If we don't get lucky in 6 months then I'll OPK it and hopefully he'll be living with me after xmas which will help too Good luck

Violet I am the same.... dont use opk's so have no idea just sort of went with dtd when I had ewcm but had some cramps last few days, and boobs have been slightly tender so I am hoping they come after as dh is away for work until friday now... am not very hopeful for that bfp on the 8th...

I am also going to have to check out the nutella cheesecake recipe...although no chance for me to bake now til post-move. So for now, I shall enjoy the treats that you are all kindly sharing! New house will be fab - at the moment there are 6 of us, most of the time, in my 2 bed terrace - Dh, and DSSs (who stay 3 or 4 nights a week) moved in after we got married so it is a bit of a squish. We will even have a parking space at our new house!

Ah feck taking I've been using opk since Sunday- still no dark line but now having few cramps. I thought that might be me getting ready to ovulate but no, as usual I have missed the bloody boat

Ah littlepinkfizz that's very annoying. fingers crossed I'm wrong.
I got a smiley on my OPK & EWCM on Saturday and had the cramping on Sunday and Monday. But maybe the cramping is the actual ovulation as the opk tells you just before you're about to ovulate.

Here's hoping as I seem to have Ewcm but no dark line. Just bought more < now broke> digital opk's as at least I'll know when I am ovulating. May as well jump on the November bus though if your right

CD5 for me today. Still spotting a bit so haven't dtd yet this cycle. Hopefully it'll stop soon and we'll be able to get on ttc.

Can I just say that I'm so thankful for all of you. Its funny that a group of ladies that I've never met have made such an impact in my life with the support I've received in my ttc journey. I get so depressed sometimes.... there's a coworker who's 19 weeks today- just so happens to be the same number of weeks I would've been. I go to work and see her growing bump and hear the stories of scans and first kicks, so hurtful sometimes. Weeell,thank you all for listening.

Sorry havent perked up from the back of the bus for awhile! Im on CD17 and had on OPK yesterday. We managed to DTD CD15 and today so hoping we caught it! How many more shags should we try and fit in?? Getting tired now...!! Also I have been having quite a lot of cramps and I dont know if that is a bad thing...

Stickybeans - few friends of mine are pg too and its so hard to be genuinely upbeat after a mc :( i work with teenagers and one was going on today about how her auntie had been through a tough time with diff things so she went to a psychic over the weekend and apparently the lady kept telling her the spirit of a child she had lost was coming through when her auntie had had a late term a few years back. Now im not sure what i think about psychics but i was getting upset just hearing the story being retold this morning cos its only been 8 weeks since my mc so can only.imagine how the girl's auntie had felt. Odd story but thought I'd share, so hard ttc after mc and people don't mean to upset u..but they often do :(

Any good symptom spotting going on? None for me, pretty sure havent ov yet this cycle so taking night off dtd tonight and back at it again tomorrow (err woo hoo lol)

I know it was too early but I POAS this morning and of course it was negative, but actually it has made me feel better, i have loads of IC's so would rather p on them every day between now and Wednedsday rather than wait i think! Not going to even buy a FRER or CBD as it may well be a waste of money!

Morning everyone - going to see a homeopath today! Feeling quite excited about it and hopefully it'll help.

Stickybeans hope you are feeling ok. I know what you mean about the support that you get from here. I just don't find that people in RL who conceived pretty much straight away or who have never experienced a mc really understand what it's like.

shineypeacock sounds like a good plan with the IC. I am going to try really hard and not test until I'm late this cycle - thinking if I'm lucky enough to get a BFP, it might make the first 12 weeks go by a bit quicker if I'm further along when I find out!

Cd 15 still no smiley but Dtd anyway last night. Planning another Dtd fri or sat. Just fed up at the minute. Why no smiley. Thought I'd have ovulated by now as I have a regular 28 day cycle.

little you maybe just ov a bit later than you think. Luteal phase isn't always bang on 14 days, mine is 13 days and 10 days is normal too, so don't worry too much (although i know it's hard not to)

taking IC is Internet Cheapy pg tests and FRER is First Response Early Response pg tests.
