Hi There, I was wondering whether anyone could help. DH and I have been TTC for almost 20 months now. 3 sperm analyses have shown zero sperm count. We have been referred to Mr Muneer at UCH at the end of the month, and we were wondering what to expect from our first consultation.

Thanks in advance

Most likely a full history, some blood tests for DH and an examination (warn him about that!). He may also send him for a scrotal ultrasound.
Depending on those results they may recommend a biopsy with possible freezing but this depends on funding etc in your area.

Thanks so much, that's great. Was just unsure of how much would actually be done at the first appointment. Thanks for your help!
