After having my daughter I was left with Stress incontinance and being a fitness instructor this is not great! I've been to physio and it didn't work. They suggested I try Contrelle Activguard, which you insert into the vagina and it pushes against the pelvic floor muscle to help prevent leakage. It does improve my situation (although doesn't stop it).
Anyway, We've decided to start trying for another baby and I wanted to know if the Activguard with hinder conception in anyway (as I have to use the pretty much every day!)? And if I get pregnant can I still use them?
The leaflet just says consult your Doctor for use during pregnacy - Which I will do, but thought I'd try here first to see if anyone else has any opinions on it
