I have just gone out and bought TONS of EPO capsules (special offer at Superdrug at mo, 90 capsules for £1.99) after reading on another thread that they are recommended for making lots of sperm friendly CM.

I can't remember which thread its on, so decided to start a new one dedicated to EPO.

Can anyone advise how many to take and on what days of cycle? I thought it was all the way through, but the instructions on the packs say to consult a doc if you are pg or ttc, and have just read somewhere else that you only take on the first 15 CDs. Am confused!

I take EPO, a high strength one, you should take it up to ov but not after. I ov around day 16 and take it up to day 12/13 to be on th safe side. I found it really helped my CM

Hi mate..i have taking EPO for the last three cycles & have really noticed the difference. I take one a day anyway for my skin and then 3 a day afetr my period till i ovulate. Make sure you also drink a glass of grapefruit juice everyday after your period unitl the day you ovulate.
