TMI - orgasms and intense cramping

My period is due today but my cycles are all over the place at the moment. I had an orgasm first thing and within 20 minutes or so had the most intense, painful cramping in my abdomen, worse than a period (and my periods are painful) it lasted about 15 minutes and it's now gone so I'm just lay on the bed feeling knackered. This has happened a few time before, always just as my period is due. Anyone get this?

I had endo removed in April so thought periods would get better and more regular, the first one was great but they are just back to normal now :( been TTC for three years and see consultant again in October so will mention then but am just concerned.

That's hopeful! But it has happened a few times and I've then gone on to have a period. You don't think I might be pregnant then the orgasm kind of shakes it out of place?

I got this when pregnant too, during first few months only . From what I read there is no risk of the cramping dislodging the pregnancy. Worth mentioning to Dr though? Good luck with ttc.

Thanks neontetra, I might test on Friday, I had a BFN on Monday but that may have been to early so fingers crossed :)
