Kitty sorry. Sad for you. Wish I had something to write that would make you feel better but suspect nothing would.

resipsa · 16/08/2012 16:53

Nic awaiting the next episode. Tonight, please.

Sorry everyone is feeling down. It comes and goes, doesn't it? Hope if goes for you soon.

KickTheGuru · 16/08/2012 16:56

That's my whole ovulation / dropping egg argument though in one article

Lots of DTD because you don't KNOW when the egg drops and anything, including stress, can push that out Hmm

That important, I thought I would repeat myself too

KickTheGuru · 16/08/2012 16:59

And it's not a 12 - 24 hour window, red! :)

I had to explain this to my DH as well. If you get a smiley, your fertile time is anything up to a week. Have you noticed how the calculators give you a fertile time of a week? It's because the egg can drop and survive and die for up to 7 days after the first detected LH surge.

Cue your article and if you stress or something happens, that egg doesn't drop and you can have the surge and drop an egg later on in the cycle. And you can be fertile for anything up to 7 day there again.

Lolcbcb · 16/08/2012 18:14

kitty tried to reply earlier but my post disappeared. This is what I get when skiving.
Anyway what I wanted to say is that I felt exactly the same. As if I deserved it and if my body was not good enough to keep a healthy baby. That's perfectly normal to have these thoughts. And they will ease a little- I promise.
Allow yourself time to grieve your baby and look after your body first. Your heart will take a little longer.
And we're here if u need us.
nic I'll drive up to you with a test on sat if yours doesn't arrive! Maybe thats why I've been feeling sick. Tension!

NicolaHazel · 16/08/2012 18:16

Ha ha, Lol...that's very nice of you :-) I'm assuming you're not in Portsmouth?!

Currently feeling travel sick on the train.

NicolaHazel · 16/08/2012 18:56

Don't worry...I'll PO yet another bloody S a bit later on!

If I'm not pregnant, I have a serious hormonal imbalance :-/

NicolaHazel · 16/08/2012 19:15

BFN...but I have drunk 3 litres of fluid today. A step too far maybe! Can still see the faint line from this morning's test :-)

NicolaHazel · 16/08/2012 19:35

Triple post, but sod it...as a matter of interest, for those of you who do get sore boobs pre-AF, how long do they last?

fatasbutter · 16/08/2012 19:50

Ah sorry about the bfn nic - see what tomorrow brings?

I've never noticed when sore boobs start or finish but they are def there for a few days, maybe even a week- but then I get period pains for a week before period comes!! Mainly in the form of bad lower back pain Angry

Kittenkatzen · 16/08/2012 19:52

Ah Nic that's rubbish Sad. Still could well just be too diluted at this stage in the day though. Fx for the morning.

PuppyMummy · 16/08/2012 19:53

I normally get them a week before af is due they stop as it starts.

the soreness varies, last month nothing. month before so sore I couldn't lie on my front in bed! so far this month on and off mild soreness just starting right on que!

NicolaHazel · 16/08/2012 19:56

My boob pain has gone through many stages...is almost a week of it now. But it is different now than it was.

I did drink A LOT today. Very thirsty / dry mouth.

Very confused though. :-(

weechops · 16/08/2012 20:06

Kitty I'm so sorry. No other words :(

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 16/08/2012 20:07

Hi everyone. I've been off mn for a day or two as have been feeling a bit shit. Just caught up with the thread.

I am so sorry kitty absolutely devastated for you. Nicola really sorry you got a bfn this evening hope it is better news tomorrow.

I had a small amount of spotting but no af so did a test and got a stupidly faint line, same thing happened as the last two months it turned into a bfn the next day (today). Thankfully I started af properly late this afternoon so at least I don't have to suffer in limbo.
Am going to GP tomorrow to try and get some answers, I am convinced something is wrong with me and I just want to find out what the hell it is so I can see if it can be fixed.
Feel awful, like I am letting dh down, he's playing his part perfectly. I seem to be fertile egg wise with a piece of shit uterus.
