Time to move over ladies. Would love to start this thread by announcing my BFP but unfortunately I can't because we all talk too much to get to test date!

All going for gold medals in baby-making and bound to get there soon, aren't we???

Morning Ladies! pear I'm so sorry you got upset, but glad you came back!

My friend had pso, and a few other problems + medication she was taking so hadn't had an AF for 10 years, and told she could never have a baby :( ... Her son is now 1 &1/2 and the most lovely boy ever, he was our push to ttc ourselves. I get to play with him all morning on Saturday and cant wait!

I'm only on my first cycle and even I'm starting to get frustrated at how difficult it all looks, it must be heart braking after trying for a long time.

Thanks for your positive PCOS stories ladies. Really nice to hear positive endings! I am much calmer today. I am Very grateful that I am going to get help soon, even If it might be a few more weeks away. I'm telling myself today that it will happen soon, not this month but very soon it will be me pushing the pram :)

If it helps, the doctor mentioned PCOS to me when I last went at the beginning of the year about losing weight. She told me she wouldn't test me for it until I had been TTC for a year though, not sure that is usually the case. I know people that have been diagnosed and I don't think they would have even been trying when they were diagnosed. I am taking solice in the fact that I have lost weight since then (3.5 stone now, woop!) and am very close to being healthy weight so perhaps that means it isn't PCOS and I just wasn't trying hard enough!

Hi ladies. In been so busy at work have had no time to chat and there's lots of new people here too. I'm on CD 18, haven't been consistently ov testing but been achy for a few days now and think I must have at some point. went for my 2nd acupuncture on tue and felt the pulls straight after it. DH and I are just getting jiggy with it every 2 days at the mo to try and catch it. Lol. I refuse to get stressed anymore. It can't be helpful to us ttcers!!
Has there been any BFP since I've been gone? X

Oh and Nicki, I am joining you with the tonight. And an Italian take away, perfect girls night in. Xx

A friend of mine told me that reflexology can help ttc?
Has anyone ever heard that?

lol Chinese medicine recommends reflexology, Acupuncture, herbs and essential oils to raise fertility and balance hormones. I'm exploring that route at the mo. I'm enjoying yoga too and being altogether more calm. x

My friend was struggling to concieve and had reflexology, she concieved a couple of months after she started.
I have had one session but that alone didnt help.

Had a lovely day but home alone now as dh has gone out so I'm eaating Ben & Jerrys strawberry cheesecake ice-cream!!! Yummy yummy & much needed smiley food!!!

Great. Out with friends and one of them started a whole conversion on whether I'm pregnant yet. My eyes filled with tears and I said- if u must know I was pregnant but I lost my baby 6 weeks ago. So yeah I'm having a drink tonight.

DH is not well tonight so didn't get to DtD :-/ I will just have to hope tue and wed was enough if I did indeed ovulate. I really don't like all this pressure :(

Oh pear that sucks. Yes he did apologise and then his wife - who is lovely- came to ask if I was ok etc.
We are spending day together as its our friends wedding so at least secret is out now and I'll have no more baby questions.

I have a pedicure an shopping trip :) someone told me on here to have weekend treats to pass time so I'm following through ;)

Also I really need to buy work clothes but have been holding off because I've been thinking why bother with pregnancy ahead. I really need a new outfit now so I'm just going to buy something...my life can't stay on hold!

Pear - there's an awful lot of pressure we put on ourselves, hope ur DH is feeling better very soon, I felt ill after I'd had a peak on the monitor & didn't DtD I'm also hoping enough was done.

I've got a friend coming for tea this morning, I'm sure they'll be lots of wedding talk as she's getting married next year & the builder is coming as the last phase of work on our home is starting Monday - we brought a "in need of modernisation" property & we're nearly done!!! Hurray!!! :-)

lol , I'm going to with dh to visit one of his uni friends and her 3 month old baby and the baby's dad. she's already mentioned me getting broody. People are so annoying when they're ignorant of our struggles. She doesn't know about my mc either so I'm mentally preparing for the onslaught of comments. X

I'm going shopping for one of my best friend's wedding outfit today in Liverpool. We also need to look for bits for my mum too, as she's not yet able to face shopping. That will be more difficult!

CD16 and still no surge. Plenty of gynae pain though and bright orange wee, ha ha (I do feel horrendously dehydrated after drinking a bottle of wine yesterday though!).

I really thought I'd get the smiley today. Maybe tomorrow.

But if the girl who just got up duffed on the trial didn't get a smiley until CD23, there's hope! And on another 32 day cycle, Monday would be the day. But the pain I'm in today is quite bad, so maybe I just missed the surge?

Sorry about the questions lol, sounds awful. At least it's out there now.

I just got my smiley on CD17 so am ruling out the one from CD9 now. Just need to DTD now! You're a day behind me nic so still hope for the smiley!

And a jacket type thing and handbag, Lol. She isn't coming with me as she isn't able to shop yet since her nervous breakdown in April. It was touch and go whether she would be able to come to the wedding.

What's the LH timings? Just looked at my app and smiley today would only leave 9 days until AF due. Is that too short? Just contemplating with legs in air!

Morning all tmi but just had brown spotting on 8dpo (never had before) but not getting hopes up who am i kidding because i think im more like 10dpo so may just be AF coming early rather than implantation bleeding, just had to log on and tell you all! My LP last month was 14 days, so confused - swore I wouldn't be like this sorry, thank god for MN!
