Trying to get pregnany after a C Section.

I had a C Section 7 months ago and i am trying to get pregnant again. Its only be 2 months but already im really frustrated. Got a week untill i can take a pregnancy test. Im feeling sick and shattered but convinced im not pregnant. How long did everyone else take to get pregnant after a C Section?

I was advised by the hospital consultant to wait a year before becoming pregnant, to allowing the uterus/womb to heal. However, plenty of ladies don't wait that long & it seems to be ok x

I was advised 6 months and was pregnant after 10. I started at 5 months though - figured a month wouldn't make any difference.

My friend got pg 3 months after c section, she had another section but the pregnancy etc was all fine

Oh good thanks guys! You have out my mind at rest! Just need to get pregnant now!!!!
