Out of date pregnancy tests?? Do they still work?

I have just realised the pregnancy tests I have been using are out of date, are they still reliable? Thanks

I think the point of the use by date is that they are not reliable after this date.

Thanks I have only just noticed they actually have use by dates on them it has never occurred to me before

You can use them and they're probably alright (have done so in the past and they've been accurate) but I wouldn't fully trust the result! Back up whatever you see with one that's in date.

I tend to use any out of date ones when I want to test but need to save my decent tests for when there is an actual chance of seeing something!

As I use 10 a lot of tests every month I guess I will use the rest of the ones I have and buy new ones if I actually think I have a chance of BFP thanks
