Period has started but still taking Provera?!

I have PCOS and I normally have a regular (but longish) cycle. This cycle, my period didn't come, I waited up to a month, did pregnancy tests, but seems it had just gone away. I got Provera tablets from my GP to take for 10 days (10mg) and was expecting my period to start some time after I finished the course. However, I've only taken 3 tablets (today is 4th day) and I think my period has started. I can't decide if it's best to take the rest of the tablets, or just stop and start counting this cycle from today. I can't call my GP now as it's the weekend! Has anyone experienced this, and what did your doctor advise you to do?

Another question, just out of interest... if you take Provera to induce your period before taking Clomid, what would you do in this situation? Presumably, you'd have to count this as CD1 and start Clomid 3-5 days later?

Thanks!
