Has anyone read this book in relation to ttc?

Probably sounds very hippy dippy but I am getting very sucked into it all!!

A friend bought it me because I was being all stressed out, didn't help me relax but that's just me! X

Just me then!!

I have it too, used it for many things in the past. I had forgotten about it until recently when reminded by my reflexologist about the power of positive thinking. So I am going back through all the "lessons" and have made a visualisation book.

It hasn't had the desired effect yet but am willing to give it a go, what harm can it do?
