It's the "I'm glad I've got..." thread!

Why, in the name of all leprechauns, would I do something so silly as to suggest that we can be glad about things??? Because I've spent some time looking at threads and there are not very many that say positive things about our lives or our partners, or children or parents.

So, I figure - we can step away from TTC and be glad for things while we wait for our BFP's.

Trying to throw a positive light onto MN. You know - the non-partner bashing, non-symptom spotting, non-negative thread :)

Great idea.... I'm glad for health, dh, ds, mum dad and the fact I've decided that after a yr ttc I'm taking up drinking again!

Good idea! I'm sat next to my deliciously wonderful 2 year old DS who I adore more than I even knew it was possible to love. I have a good life and a happy marriage. I do need reminding how very lucky I am sometimes (usually only cd1!) so thanks.

My DH and I are both playing on our laptops but I am excited about my health and love my DH more than I could ever have thought possible to love someone else. I love being able to trust someone as much as I trust him and that he lets me be paranoid or upset or worried and he is prepared to talk me through things.

I do love my life with my husband and I'm very lucky for that :)

Nice idea kick

I am grateful that I missed the thread because I was away with DH having fun. We cycled, swam in the sea, and drank lots of good wine. An excellent weekend.

I am still shell-shocked I'd meet, fall in love, enjoy life with, love and marry a man that makes me this happy. I always joke that we took our entire allocation of "good luck" by meeting each other.

I am also very grateful for my collection of nephews. They make the waiting a lot more bearable.

Ooh, I like this thread too Grin

I am grateful that my DH had succesful spinal surgery in May (after it not working in 2010) and is no longer in pain. I am blessed that he came into my life and that we have come so far and have so many adventure ahead of us.

Lets make sure this thread stays on the top page, it's good to share non-preganacy based happiness Smile

I am grateful for my wine Grin

kick it was a MASSIVE relief! He's been back at work about 2 weeks now after 6 months off! Am looking forward to his 1st pay packet (he's been on Sick pay of £78 a week Sad) so we can splurge on things after 6 months of frugal living!!!

I am also grateful for my wine, there is a nice white chilling ready for tonight!
