Morning sickness but negative tests

I feel really really ill. for 3 days now I've had severe stomach cramps. The thought and smell of food makes me want to gag. I feel like I'm going to be sick but haven't been yet and I have bad diarrhea (sorry tmi). Apparently there's a bug going about but these cramps aren't anything like I've felt before. I took a preg test first thing yesterday morning and one this morning but both negative. I had my implant removed last month and blead for a few days after, if I counted that as an af I should've afd last weekend. No bleeding at all since last month.
Is it possible to have morning sickness without a positive test? I bought a load of cheap test on ebay, however they're ment to be highly sensitive..?
Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated x

Hi Anna

I'm sure it's possible to have morning sickness before you get a positive test.A friend of mine only tested positive when her period was over a week late. But I guess you could also be ill, so might be worth checking with your doctor if you still don't get a positive by Monday?

Hope you feel better soon

Thanks zeuxippe
Unfortunately I feel worse than I did this morning..these pains are crippling me, considering just going to the hospital today and seeing a doctor.

Anna, are the pains localized? Like on your side/ovary? Are they excruciating? If they are please go to the hospital.

Yes, if you're feeling really bad you should go to the hospital.

Let us know how you get on

Hi Anna
You can get morning sickness before bfp it happened to my friend but likewise it could also be bug if you've had an upset tummy, I know when I've been sick I get them, hard to Nokia what to suggest, I think if you feel Ill and cramps are not what you'd call cripiling painful id leave it till tomorrow and see how I felt but if you are in alot of pain perhaps call nhs direct for guidance
