Bad timing :(

rant warning!

Been ttc for 18 months. Have been referred to subfertility clinic, and currently having all the tests. Tomorrow morning I was supposed to have my ultrasound-the inside one. But fucking AF has turned up early which means I'll have to reschedule.

I know it's only a little set back, but I'm about to go on holiday and I'd waited 6 weeks for this scan, and I'm not sure they'll fit me in before I have to go back to see the clinic with all the results. It just feels like or even is another month wasted, and I just want to get to the lap and dye so they can clear our the endo tissue :(

You can still have these scans when you are on your period. In fact you have to for IVF at my clinic - they require a scan between days 1 and 4 of your cycle.

I concur -not a reason not to have the scan! Don't reschedule!

Meant to say, that I'll deserve some cake afterwards! Especially as start of period means another blood test too.
