TTC after cerazette

Hi I am new to the forums and therefore don't really know the correct "lingo" so you will have to excuse me.

Anyway, a bit of background info. I am 20, my OH is 26, and we are hoping to start a family. I stopped taking Cerazette just under a week ago and no period get, was just wondering if anyone else has or is TTC after cerazette, how long it took for hormones to return to normal and how long it took to get pregnant. I am feeling very dizzy and nauseus after coming off cerazette and extremely over emotional - started crying in my driving lesson today for no reason.

I came off Cerazette in December 2011 - had the same symptoms as you, dizzy and sick, sore boobs too and general 'weird' feeling. I never had a period - BFP in February 2012, with estimated conception around mid January. The pregnancy symptoms were the same as the symptoms of coming off the pill, so the BFP was quite surprising!
Unfortunately we had a MMC (missed miscarriage) in April but it was nothing to do with Cerazette.
Good luck with the TTC, I think I was super fertile after coming off the pill so fingers crossed you will fall quickly like I did! Let me know how it goes.

I came of Cerazette in May 2011. It left me feeling very dizzy and ill, but this was over after my second period. I had my first 28 days after stopping it and then I've settled into a 33 day cycle.
That all said I was 36 when I stopped taking it. You might find it a bit easier being younger.

Stopped taking cerazette in March this year, had a period four weeks later.I had one 25 day cycle and got my BFP in May! I felt dizzy and ill but attributed it to other meds i was coming off at the time!

It took 6 weeks to get my first period, then I had the next after 5, then they settled into a 31-33 day cycle. In the first few weeks and months I had loads of symptoms, like sore boobs etc, which were just caused by the hormone withdrawal I should think.

I came off cerazette Aug 2010. Didn't have a period for about 6 weeks and had pregnancy like symptoms before this, but then had bog standard 28 day cycle.

Took me 10 months to conceive but it was only for the last 2 that we were actually trying as opposed to not not trying!

DD now 5 months and I was happy to go back on cerazette.

I stopped taking cerezette at 9wks pg! Definately didnt affect my fertility :)
