Question says it all really. I just wanted to know if everyone is the same as me and has AF arriving first thing in the morning or last thing at night? If so, I wonder why that is?

Is it just me?

1st thing in the morning - always!

biglips · 04/03/2006 10:58

first thing too

Gloworm · 04/03/2006 11:10

almost always first thing in the morning when I get up to go to the loo.

peachygirl · 04/03/2006 14:13

sometimes it's mid morning but more often than not it's early morning.
How strange wonder why this is?

rubles · 04/03/2006 18:50

If it is the case for the great majority of people that it comes early morning, then I suppose the hormone (progesterone0 must drop dramatically at night or something.

I hope it is true.

LadyTophamHatt · 04/03/2006 18:52

any time of day really......

FrayedKnot · 04/03/2006 18:52

Spooky!

Mine is usually around 6am.

Must be something to do with hormone levels musn't it.

WigWamBam · 04/03/2006 18:52

Mine usually arrives in the middle of the afternoon.

DelGirl · 04/03/2006 18:53

just to be different, in the afternoon. I wont say usually as i'm not certain but I think so. Did this month anyway

QE2 · 04/03/2006 18:53

Strangely, mine could be any time of day. Last month it came at 10.15 at night after I got out of the swimming pool - phew, that was close!

This time it was first thing in the morning with my first wee of the day. Much to dh's relief who had been quite busy down there the night before! Blush >

suzywong · 05/03/2006 12:19

same here

fastasleep · 05/03/2006 12:22

It's due to hormone fluctuations in the early morning and late at night, this is why I always tell people to express BM in the early morning and late at night :) it all links in you see!

jabberwocky · 05/03/2006 12:24

in the morning - but hopefully not this month Grin

HappyMumof2 · 05/03/2006 16:44

normally first thing in the morning

carla · 05/03/2006 16:47

God, you lot must run like clockwork. In the summer my best friend said 'Carla, have you hurt your heel on something?'

Now that hasn't happened since I was about 15 Blush
