Ewcm but negative ov stick

I had ewcm (on and off) on days 11-14 but negative results on ov sticks. I'm on day 15 now and don't seem to have ewcm anymore...

Have I just not ovulated do you think? Or may I still ovulate? I have no idea of the length of my cycle yet so it's all v confusing.

I know what you mean - its the other way around for me though - +ve OPK but no sign of EWCM! So frustrating and hard to work out!

Ewcm is due to oestrogen. You get it as you get ready to ovulate. Getting it is not a guarantee you will ovulate. Opks detect an lh surge that occurs 24-36 hours before you ovulate. Again, not a guarantee. The lh surge is short lived and easy to miss. I find it best to do 2 opks one at 2pm and one at about 6pm. The best way to tell if you have ovulated is temperature charting. Look at a website called fertility friend. Really useful and informative.
