Missed mini pill & bfing- could I be pregnant?

Can't quite believe I have done this, given that my sex life is virtually non existent at the moment, but last night after DH & I had sex I realised I had run out of my mini pill. I know that sounds completely stupid but I thought I had another strip in the packet- I did not.
So now I am worried about my chances of conceiving. I am still bfing my DD but she is 9 months old and a good eater.
I have tried to get an appointment with my doc today to get more pills and discuss concerns but they don't have any appointments available.
Should I be worried?

Even if you can't get an appointment at your surgery could you not get advice over the phone from a doctor/nurse at the practice?
Failing that what about going to your local pharmacist?
I don't know if you would need the Morning After Pill but a pharmacist would know and could dispense it if necessary, it would work for a few days after the accident.
I didn't start periods again until a few months after I had finished breastfeeding each of my children, so over a year each time, but everyone's different!
