Disrupted periods after lap & dye

Hi, I had a lap & dye back in April, my first period in may was fine and it was a 29 day cycle, second was 35 days and light but painful now this month I'm on day 38 already with some mild period symptoms but two BFNs? I thought my periods would regulate after lap & dye (I'm usually between 29-35 days max so 38 and rising is odd?). Do you think I should go to the drs?

Why was the lap carried out in the first place?. Did they suspect endometriosis?.

Also, were your periods this irregular prior to the lap surgery?. I would be speaking to a gynae if you are under the care of such a person.

Hi Attila, I'm under an infertility specialist. They found endo and removed it during the lap & dye. My periods were irregular before but like I say they were never longer than 35 days. My next appointment isn't until October. I can feel AF building up but it just won't seem to start.

Bump? Still no sign. Don't know whether to do another test just to be sure? I'm off on holiday on Saturday so if I'm not pg I really want it out the way
