Negative test but lots of symptoms

Ok, I took an early test so AF is not due for 4 days, and the pregnancy test was negative. I've been feeling nauseous,fatigue,sore breasts,spotting earlier in the week,dizziness, earlier cramping than usual. Am I just looking for what isn't really there or could I be pregnant?

I didn't get a positive until I was a week late. Used the early use first response ones aswell.
