When would I have ovulated if progesterone test came back pos on Monday?

This Monday did a progesterone test to see if I'd ovulated. On Tuesday morning it came back positive. It was also confirmed by a scan.

Does anyone know how to work out when exactly the ovulation might have been? Is it a certain amount of days before the progesterone surge? Mid-luteal phase, it said on the form.

Am hopeless at science. Would love to know so I can figure out when to test properly.

Hi mags prob a week before, though I don't know when prog starts to rise or how long for. It also deps on your lp. Not that helpful... But a week before would be a good guess I'd think. Fx for you this month ;)

Well there is no way of knowing whether you picked up the peak, upswing or downswing of the surge. The peak is usually at 7dpo, but you could have been a bit either side of that and still tested positive.
