Maybe you are not out of the game yet, but I think a LP of 11-12 days is just fine. If you are worried though, you could try vit B6 50mg per day. I took that for my short cycles and have only just stopped it actually as it's supposed to support progesterone production (I think).

Ooh gen quick question for you since you mentioned about the B6 50 - did it make you light headed/dizzy at all, and at any point did your wee ever stop being glow-in-the-dark neon yellow?

Thanks everyone. Gen I have always had a great LP. I'm more annoyed about the spotting. I always assume my progesterone is fine as I get sore boobs and my day21 bloods were good

Geek I used to take a (lurid green) Holland and Barrett vit B complex, which made me feel sick, gave me the runs (sorry) and turned my wee bright yellow. On looking at the tablets, I decided it was the excipients in them that were having that effect, so switched to a (white) Tesco B6 tablet (I think it was 10 mg so I took 5 a day) and felt much better.

Maybe I'm sure your progesterone is perfect and I don't think the spotting is anything to worry about - I always had that and short cycles too. Perhaps the acu will bring forward ovulation a bit and overall make your cycles a bit shorter. What am I on about - I am positive BROOKING that it will! In fact, you are currently diffed so this is all immaterial.

Thanks Gen just really frustrating. The accu did bring ov forward by 3 days which I was delighted with. But when I told her I normally spot the day before AF she said she would work on stopping it. But I seem to have spotted 5 days before this time in know I'm just being neurotic though

I can't find anything on accupuncture causing spotting. It did start on day 10 with bright pink blood on wiping. Now it's just a bit of verynpalembrown CM and I have to, ahem, ferret for it
