Confused - discharge: pregnant or ovulation?

Anyone out there who is expert on ovulation can you help me please? The internet is just confusing me.

I had some slight spotting a fortnight ago over two days - preg test done back then was negative. For the last 4-5 days I've had loads of almost runny discharge - clear, yellowy (but still clear) over the last 1-2 days.

I've had no periods for more than two years (i have a 15m old and still breastfeeding). Does that - or does it no - sound like ovulation discharge? I've never really noticed it before i have to say!

Thanks - (I know i should do another test but terrified of a positive - i have 4 children already....)

Sounds abit like the spotting could be implantation and a test then would have been abit early, you do get alot more cm when pg so I'd say you will have to do another test, I got pg whilst bf before af returned

Firstly, I'm no expert on ovulation etc, but do have a bit of experience.

Some Q's first: do you use contraception, and/or did you have unprotected sex 2-4 weeks ago...?! Breastfeeding, especially by the time your LO is 15months and weaned, is not reliable enough contraception... !!

It's impossible to say just from the type of discharge, so if you did have unprotected sex 2-4 earlier then you definitely need to do a pregnancy test :(

Hope all goes well x

Thanks guys - yes, had unprotected sex almost a fortnight before the spotting :( I remember it well becuase it was only about the 3rd time since the baby was born (breast feeding removes all my drive sadly for DH!) and i said no, i don't want to take any risks, can't have 5 children! But i relented thinking, oh, nothing will happen......
