pregnancy while using implanon?

My intention is to avoid pregnancy because i am reasonably sure i never want children, and my new doctor is highly recommending implanon for b/c as long term pill use is not ideal (i have been using it and off from 18-34 yrs of age).

I started researching the internet to ensure i was aware of possible risks/side effects, and i am really worried about the number of people who 'think' they 'might' be pregnant while on implanon.
Does anyone have positive feedback for implanon as reliable b/c?
Does anyone have any confirmed pregnancies (eg not just 'worrying about being pregnant) while using this option?
Please help

Hi. I had mine for five years. No pregnancies. However I did have to avoid sex for
a couple of weeks around when it was put in as a precaution. I had two implants and was
happy to use it long term. Only had it out as am TTC.
