Hi everyone,

I'm due to ovulate today and have been having a bit of cramping in my tummy mainly on my left side I think, is this normal?? Me and my husband last had sex Thursday night (sorry tmi) and I'm wondering how likely it is that the cramping might be the egg implanting?? I might be reading too much into it but any help would be appreciated. I'm new to all this TTC stuff. Still might try having a bit of sex tonight tho just to make sure lol

Thanks x

The left hand side pain was probably when u were ovulating. I'm new to this too, first month off the pill and due af sometime around July 1st

That's what I thought Nursery1983!! This is my first proper month with no coil. Hoping it doesn't take that long to get pregnant but af is due on 7th July x

If you're only ovulating today than the cramping will not be linked to implantation yet. It's way too early. If you can do the deed again today I would but sperm can survive for up to 5 days in the right conditions.

Good luck Smile

We we did the deed again last night :-) so fingers crossed!!! As I'm new to TTC when is the earliest I could test for pregnancy?

Thanks

Ideally you want to wait until your period is due/late, but some women do test 12 days after ovulation and get a positive. To avoid seeing a negative though I would wait until you are late Smile
