I finnished my period 2 days ago, which seemed to be a normal period in my eyes.
Today I have really really sore boobs and mild cramping! Is this normal?

Er, have you considered POAS?!

lj123 · 21/06/2012 21:06

Im not to sure it's worth it, sounds a bit harsh but I'm scared to POAS, I've lost 2pregnancies already and hope that hasn't happened again but never had sore breasts after a period before, was wondering if someone else had or maybe my hormones are just different due to having 2 pregnancies previously.
Nurses where sure my second pregnancy was twins as extreme high hormone very early, maybe my hormones have just changed.

I'm really sorry for your losses :(

I've had it a couple of times bearing in mind 30-odd cycles TTCwhen my boobs stayed tender for 3 or 4 days after AF left. I just drank plenty of water because I assumed I was retaining water still. If that helps....at all?

That's ok, they will always live with me and never be forgotten :)
That's helpful, I'll take a test and if it's negative which I'm expecting I'll try your idea :) x

How are you feeling now? Hydrated?!

lj123 · 25/06/2012 12:18

Turns out neg as I thought, still on and off sore breasts but I guess my body has just changed hormonally from before. X

I think hormones take a while to settle down. I'd just concentrate on staying hydrated before and during your af to minimise the sore breasts. Hope you get a sticky bean soon.
