Has this ever happened to anyone?

So AF arrived last week a couple of days earlier than normal (my first ever 28 day cycle, just started accupucture though so thought this was why) thought luck was out this month.
But....I feel terrible, sick, dizzy, really tired and just abit strange. Suddenly occurred to me maybe I'm pregnant and had a period? Is this common, will prob do a test when I get home this evening but just wondered if this had happened to anyone else. ( not getting my hopes or anything! )

If a proper period in terms of flow, then chances are it is just a dodgy period. I get them every once a while. No rhyme or reason.

However, if period is lighter than normal, than indeed it is a possibility.

It seemed to be a normal period it finished last Friday though so not sure why I feel so terrible, maybe Im coming down with something! X
