12 dpo and constant headaches

The title pretty much says it all. I've been drinking more liquid - had a glass of water on the go all day today but it's not helped. Taken paracetamol which has worn off way before 4 hours is up so can't take another dose and am also reluctant to keep taking it anyway.

This has been going on for 4 days now. I'm really not sure if I'm pregnant, I feel pretty horrible in general but it could just be severe pms this month.

Please help, I really don't know if this is normal and also what else I can do about it.

i dont want to build your hopes up but i was ttc for years. then one month i got the most terribel headaches that just went on and on. i had just started a new job so thought it was stress. i was popping pills like jellies. in the end one of the girls at work made me have my bp checked. ( i work at a gp's) it was normal so the nurse said i should do a pregnacy test and it was positive!!!!! the nurse said it must have been hormonal headaches. id never heard of them. dd is going to be 3 next month.
i hope its a bfp. xxx

Hi everyone, this is my first time on a forum like this. I’m at 12 DPO with unbearable headaches since yesterday. Been sitting with an ice pack for three hours. Let me know if you guys have faced anything like this. Thanks!

Hi @Vaz23 sorry cant help much but i tried to workout yesterday and had to stop because the worst headache of my life came on me so quick and although its not as bad today, its still a bit foggy.

Was wondering myself if it could be a symptom and i seen on here you commented on this old thread! Massive coincidence but hopefully its a good sign for us both🥰

Oh that’s exactly what happened to me. I worked out too yesterday and shortly after the headache came and just kept amplifying. And hasn’t gone even today. This whole not knowing process with symptoms similar to PMS really sucks! But like you said, hopefully we have some Ray of light soon x
