Bit terrified. Could I be pregnant?

I am v worried. I have four gorgeous children, my youngest is 15 months and I have been breastfeeding him since birth. I have had no periods yet - which is usual for me after giving birth. I really don't want any more children! My career is flourishing and having yet another baby would put it on hold, and we just don't have any more space.

I had unprotected sex 2 wks ago tonight assuming, rather sillily (!), that i was unlikely to get pregnant. Yesterday i thought my periods were restarting at last - but it seems not: the sum total of it is some spotting (light brown), yesterday and a little again today. I'm wondering if this is implantation bleeding which I don't think i've ever had before - or if i have, i didn't recognise it.

Any thoughts anyone?!

Yes, could be. The only thing to do is to test. If that's negative test again in a couple of weeks.

It would be quite late for implantation bleeding which is usually 7-10 days, though you could have conceived some days after sex....Some of my periods start as you describe and I get AF within 3 days.
