Caught out by evap line...gutted

...to make it even worse I'd just shown it to DH who was sooooo happy, then I had to tell him it wasn't positive. On father's day :(

Am either 10 or 11 dpo so I know it's still early. Was using a 10miu test. Just tested on the off-chance it was positive cos I thought today would be a great day to share the news.

What kind of test?

Am pretty sure it was an evap line as it was really close to the edge and a bit smeary, it didn't match up to the place the instructions said the line would be. Only found that out afterwards though!

It was a test I got with a fertility monitor, not in a plastic casing, was pretty much falling apart the minute I got it out of the packet - oops!

Will wait a couple more days and test again I think.
