Hi everyone, I'm not sure if I should be posting in the pregnancy section instead, however I'll give this a go!:)
I'm 24 and had the nexplanon taken out a few weeks ago after only having it in for a few months. Prior to that I'd had implanon in for six years. I havent had any sign of my period returning.
Last night I completely depressed myself. I thought I would look up other peoples stories about ttc after the implant and I could only find negative experiences (I think the internet is my own worse enemy). Anyway I would love love love some positive stories about conceiving after having the implanon/nexplanon to cheer me up!

I dont have any experience of the implant, but I will just say that google is not your friend!

You havnt been off it for long Im sure it takes time for your body to adjust.

fx someone is along in a mo with some positive news for you.

Hi, I don't know about explanon but I had implanon for 5 yrs before I had it removed to start ttc last Jan. although the contraceptive-ness finishes pretty much immediately, it can take a few months or so for your body to sort itself out in terms of cycles etc.
I second about google not being your friend though, you can find everything you don't need to there!
I know it's hard but try to be patient and let cycles return in due course.
