Mine were agony within 3 days of conception with my ds, but now preg again, 9 weeks and no changes whatsoever - haven't even gone up a bra size whereas I was massive by now last time and only today starting to feel slightly sensitive. Think boobs were knackered by last time!

yes my boobs got swollen and tender early on in 2nd pregnancy

however I had problems conceiving 2nd time round and I have to say that every month I would notice the same swelling / tenderness and convince myself I was preggers only to be disappointed so I wouldn't go by any physical sign other than your pee turning a stick blue IYSWIM

I found it heartbreaking the psychosomatic symptoms I went through just before periods started

I would say stop flashing yerself tbh

I never noticed any changes with dd (first baby). Nipples were ever so slightly sensitive by about 8 weeks I think and don't think they got any bigger until much later on.

I just knew i was pregnant before doing a test.
My boobs were so sore and much bigger at 4 weeks pregnant
