Evening all! Sorry to wishful and others about AF. I had my first after mmc last month and was, like everyone else in the same boat, gutted. But I also tried to take the positive view that I was doing what the dr ordered and hopefully things would work better this cycle.
I'm 16dpo today and all the signs are looking good - very good. I poas this evening(I know, I know, stupid time of day!) and wasn't really surprised to see a bfn, but will try again in the morning as I'm sure I saw the faintest of faint lines (wishful thinking?!) I was going to wait until Wednesday or even Friday, but decided that there's no point - if I think I am, then it's better to know, surely?! We tried dtd last night to bring on AF (if she's gonna come, then just get the hell on with it woman!), but still nothing...we'll see.
Scuba re your question, I believe you can tell that early. I did some research the other day and found that the rise in oestrogen and progesterone that happens with conception can cause the same symptoms that we normally recognise post implantation. With my mmc, I knew pretty much straight away with symptoms happening from the start and if I'm right this time, then exactly the same has happened again (I'll feel a right tit if I'm wrong this month, but I know you won't all judge!) However, I would add that if you get the same symptoms every month, then it is probably not a reliable way of telling and more likely has something to do with the hormones in your body post ovulation maybe being a little higher than normal? (I'm no medical expert at all btw, just based on a little bit of google, but hope it helps all the same).
