Can't writ a long message this morning, just wants to report that AF arrived with fine style yesterday. Never seen anything quite like it!

I'm gutted- I think I was coping with the mc by thinking I'd be preggers again straight away. I know there's a billion reasons why it's great news- cycle length was fairly normal, good to give body a break blah blah blah. But it's shit.

Give me a day and I'll feel much better and brighter though, I'm sure. fatas is there room for two in your depression cave? Shove up... I'm coming in xxx

wishful I felt exactly the same when my period arrived last month (28 days after I mc'd). It was heavy and painful, so get the choc and the hot water bottles at the ready... It is shit. It's unbelievably shit. But you'll get through it and every day that passes is another day closer to being pregnant again. That's what I keep telling myself anyway. Have a hug xx

Can I join in? Not sure what AF means but I'm hoping for a positive test around July 21.

Have three children already - 21 (graduated this week) 12 and 10. Second husband is 35 (I am 42) and we are trying for one. My age is against me so expecting more issues ttc than the last ones where I only tried one cycle with each.

Inspired by Teds BFP on 10DPO, I cracked and tested yesterday (10/11dpo). Got a BFN -grrr. I think that's it for me for July, though I may still have a chance (AF is due on Thursday). I don't feel pg and have no symptoms, so am not hopeful (much).

Well AF is well and truly gone, so I can start again for the month!! Decided to try every day this month in the hope I catch OV when it happens!

Not entirely sure I OV'd at all last month, but given it was my first month post-pill I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't.

alwyn bloody hell. Dtd every day, for the whole month! Will be iimpressed if you can manage that. Me and dh struggle to manage once every 3 days (I bland dd).

Sorry wishful, I was exactly the same a couple of weeks ago, my way of dealing was hoping to recreate it and use that apparent "super fertility" it is shit! But I do feel more positive now a few days in the cave is what you need to begin with, I think you will feel better if you get bfp next months as if you think of the force af came at then body clearly is better after a cycle or so hugs to you though x

Eod is a strugle for us, dh tried his luck last night but I informed him it wasn't necessary ( we dtd the day before) and his swimmers need to restock!
I'm also cd11 which is now at near ov date so pointless really anyway!

Hi alwyn and double hi to pooley - your arrival means I'm no longer the golden oldie on this thread! I'm 41, DH is just 36 so we're similar and I like to think that their relative youth negates some of our years of experience!

Sorry wishful that it's not you this month. I felt the same way at the end of cycle 1 post-m/c. It just seems really unfair.

PS Think my 2WW starts today. Knackered after DTD every day (save Thurs but twice on Sat ) since this time last week. Anyone else expecting to know one way or the other by 15 July?

arrrrgggh for the BFN Amaya but hopefully it was just that you tested early. I think I'm 10 DPO too ? well it's 10 days till I got the second peak on the CBFM.

CD24 / 10 DPO here. Have been having some twinges here and there but that could be down to just food! I don't feel pregnant at all.

And winkle I've not "felt" pg either time, never have symptoms except tiredness and weeing alot but alot later
