Gutted for you wishful. I am sorry you have been through all this. It just hurts so much.

FWIW my 2 periods after mc were frightful. Heavy, painful and long. Then the third one, last one, was back to normal, and that is when I seem to have got the BFP. I know everyone bangs on about the wtf month but perhaps your body just needs a bit of time. Hang in there. You clearly can get pregnant and the next one will be super sticky. Xxxxx

fatasbutter · 29/06/2012 16:45

wishful I'm in the same boat - it keeps coming and going and never getting as heavy as AF usually is - so every time it goes I think yay it's not AF! And then it comes back again! So frustrating Angry

These mc's properly mess your cycles up, as you say ted - mine was in march and I thought I was almost back to 'normal' [pissed off face]

HeeHeeHeeBum · 29/06/2012 16:47

Another one with weird AF since mc in march. I've had 3 and all have been heavier and longer bleeding but shorter cycles. I'm hoping that this one I'm due will be normal (actually I'm hoping it doesn't come at all :) )

Hi guys wishful I was the same , af 2 weeks ago just getting over the dissapointment that didn't concieve but the doctors did say to wait one month til first af before trying again and I think if I had got a bfp I'd may be have worried I was surposed to give it a break, atleast I feel now it's "cleaned" out so to speak, my last cycle my pos opk wasn't til cd23 then af 10 days later so not sure if that was right or not, it's a week later then usual, I'm still slightly spotting now over a week since cd1 but hoping for a shorter cycle would be brilliant?!?
Whenshewas I'd defo dtd tonight, I think you'll regret it if you don't, just say lets make it a quickie lol
I know what you mean though me and dh been together 11 years motivating yourself just seems alot of work sometimes, likewise though I agree once you've done it your glad and feel closer, the times I've enjoyed it most I think is 10ish in the morning when dd has a nap, not to early not too late, I'm an early bird and dh night owl
Winkle top marks for carrying on the latest I've ever dtd after a + is 2 days lol

NicolaHazel · 29/06/2012 19:27

Ooh, winkle...you had a dream about me?! Tell me more!!

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 29/06/2012 19:34

Have dtd. Actually really enjoyed it, I think dtd is a bit like going to the gym. It's a real effort to go and you would prefer not to bother but once you are there you enjoy it and feel much better for it.

Anyway we both finish early on Friday skiving so dtd at 3.45 pm and then I picked up dd. According to google sources sperm can swim to the egg in 30-45 minutes. So if I have ovulated today The swimmers should be able to catch it.

Thanks for the encouragement. Grin

NicolaHazel · 29/06/2012 19:38

Well done, WhenShe! :-)

I didn't know they could swim that fast! Learn something new every day...especially on here.

Christelle2207 · 29/06/2012 19:39

Great stuff whenshewas
So sorry for bad news wishful and fatas. If there is one good thing about early AF though you don't have to spend so long on the "is AF coming" bus and also hopefully you can look forward to another cycle coming along quickly. Lots of Wine required this weekend of course.

FloweryBoots · 29/06/2012 20:24

Sorry wishful and Fatas It sucks!

WhenSheWas Good girl! We're the same. Together 11 years and when not TTC don't tend to get round to dtd much Blush. TTC can make it all a bit prescribed and sometimes you feel like you've 'gor' to do it when you really don't fancy it much, but we've been quite enjoying actually having to make the effort. And enjoyed one very much just for the pleasure of it yesterday at cd29, and it was lovely!

CD30 now. No signs either way. Trying to hold out till at least Sunday before testing but it's getting harder.

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 29/06/2012 20:47

flowery Sunday is soooooo close. Best of luck not testing.

As far as I am concerned no news is good news on the symptom spotting. Fx

Dexidoo · 29/06/2012 21:01

I am feeling properly premenstrual now but I felt like this before my BFP in May.

I've got a question for you ladies who are post MC I hope it doesn't fall in the TMI category. For the last few days I have had very weird discharge a cross between thrushy and EWCM. There is no sign that there is an infection, is this my body sorting itself out?

YikesHereWeGo · 29/06/2012 21:10

Blimey flowery, you're showing real restraint there, I'd be testing like a good'un if I were you! I'm just on CD21 here and already starting to think about when I might bring out the ic's, lol. Having thought I got a +ve opk result last weekend, I definitely got a stronger line today, so have no clue whether I'm about to ov / ov'd a week ago / will never ov. It's all totally random as far as I'm concerned.
Went down the pub after work today for friday night beers Grin and when I asked DH whether we could dtd tonight, he said "only if we can watch Batman Begins tomorrow night". True love Grin

YikesHereWeGo · 29/06/2012 21:13

p.s. have dtd so I guess I know what I'll be doing tomorrow night Hmm
Dexi - sorry, can't help. But I do seem to have more ewcm since mc. Or is it just that I'm noticing it more?! Confused

iamstitch · 29/06/2012 21:22

.

resipsa · 29/06/2012 21:30

God, I genuinely can't keep up with the activity on this thread. Sorry for all who've had the unwelcome visit from AF and good luck to all on the 2WW and testing soon. We might even get into July! Grin

On CD17 here & no +ve OPK yet Confused. Worried March m/c messed things up more than I thought. Guess I need to keep on POAS and DTD just in case.

kittykatsforever · 29/06/2012 21:34

Lol yikes
My dh is a superhero film nut too, he dreams he is superman and on Holliday last year even said I am batman in his sleep Grin
As for cm after mc, I'm afraid I never even knew about it all until joining a few weeks ago so this talk is all new to me and I've never taken any notice before

FloweryBoots · 29/06/2012 22:55

Grin at Yikes or really her DHs powers of bargining! And double 'Grin Grin at Kittykat for getting called Batman!!

Oh dear, just looked up what my due date would be if I get pg this month. Now that's not the 'not getting our hopes up' mentality we are supposed to be having in the boots household. Must remember DH was absent at the crucial time and it's quite likely there were only some old spermies lurcking around.

FloweryBoots · 29/06/2012 22:55

p.s. 7 March

resipsa · 29/06/2012 23:01

3 weeks before Easter! If I'd looked mine would be 24 March.

wishfulthinking1 · 30/06/2012 08:15

Ooooh, resipsa and flowery a march baby would be will be lovely! Not too hot, not too cold, birthday not too close to Christmas, and bubs will be all giggly by the time summer holidays come along!

Girls, this thread really has made me giggle. I really liked the cheer leading squad when whenshewas was debating whether or not to dtd- I could almost hear the chants of "do it, do it, do it!"

Anyway, even though, in my heart of hearts, I know I'm out of the game this month I'm still hanging on to a tiny thread of hope! Bleeding hasn't really come to much- i first noticed it lunchtime yesterday and it's only been on and off spotting since- keep going to the loo to see if I'm bleeding properly a feeling sadly identical to mc week but it hasn't got heavier, though I have got tummy cramps. If if IF it was implantation bleeding then I think it would mean that I OV-ed later than I thought. I read last night need to step away from google that hpt detect pg about 5-6 days after implantation. So, I guess I'll hold on to hope until AF gets proper or I'll test next weekend.

But.....

I GET MARRIED 3 WEEKS TODAY!!!!!

X

Hope you all have a lovely weekend- who's up next to test?
X

kittykatsforever · 30/06/2012 08:15

So so far on the "July" thread thats not July, we've got due dates before af and twins before pregnancy?!?
We're not crazy us lot are we lol Grin
just off to check when my twins are due

kittykatsforever · 30/06/2012 08:20

Oh wishful it's defo not over yet then and I think you will know in a few days whether a test is needed or not so you won't have to waste one, if not then let's look at the positive, plenty of champagne on wedding day and a honeymoon baby, those are the stuff dreams are made of Grin

kittykatsforever · 30/06/2012 08:22

Oh and FYI I ovd cd23 cycle after mc, a week later then I always have before x

RIBS · 30/06/2012 08:55

I Was 3 months 4b af arrived after mmc, was butchered by hospital tho. So all is not lost. And like kitty said, if it is af then u can really enjoy your wedding not spend it feeling sick as a dog and ul b oving on your honey moon. How lovely will that b. Hope your goin somewhere lovely.

Iv had fab morn so far, little lie in and dp and dd brought me breakfast in bed. Bacon n egg sandwich yey! Dd insisted on carrying tray and it ended up on the bedroom floor. It was lovely tho, after I'd picked the hair off. Bless her.
