Due to the luck thread starters have, I thought I'd mark a place for the second thread as we are so chatty!

Here's to BFPs for us all :-)

If I counted cd 1 as wed nicola I'd only have a 2 day period. For some reason all my periods start light and have 2 days of heavy and then stop.

Same as me...I had 2 hideous days then gone! I don't mind, kind of. :+)

I'd rather just have the 2 days of heavy and cramps than a week of it too.

Oh well cycle 3 here I go. Fx for a July bfp . I know I'll be trying my hardest for it

Hi newbie nope not got a cbfm as still in the early stages of ttc. Will invest in all the hard core stuff if no success after the first 4months :) just want to try without technology.

Although I'm going all out on epo! I have started AF spotting today :( so deco out for June. Hopping on the July thread - glad I know now and not too upset as its not been much dtd so kind of predicted it. Small part of me was holding on to AF not showing up. But I guess it's good to know I will be having a spring/Easter baby if I get a bfp in July.

Opinions please? I have two bottles of EPO at home. Shall I start using today?

Good evening all. Just poacbos and got another smiley. Will do another one in the morning and see what happens. Sadly DH is not here tonight and we are both at a wedding all day tomorrow and unlikely to have the energy to dtd when we get back. Plus DH will be pissed which won't help. So will just have to hope that this morning was enough.

Just realised that 2 weeks today we are going to be in Cyprus for 4 nights for another wedding so if I get a BFP then I will have to find an excuse not to drink and if the witch shows up I am expecting it to be awful after not having one for soooooo long.

Newbie I wouldn't start taking the EPO until AF arrives. It's not good to take it if there is a slight chance you could be pregnant or implanting as it causes tiny contractions. So I have read anyway.

I will be starting EPO on cd1 newbie which is full flow AF.

Pants I thought you might say that ladies :( oh well I'll put EPO away with all the other goodies I can't touch until AF arrives

Mclairey would you not be tempted to sneak off at the wedding? It's not my character but I know if it was me in this scenario I would be very tempted

Out for June official now. CD1 from today. Never was implantation bleeding but can't tell you what it was.

I'm full on trying for July now. We eased ourselves in this month but thinking I might have been pg this week made me want it more!

Wow so I had an awful nights sleep as I kept waking up with what I can assume was ovary pain!

I poacbos this morning and no smiley so I guess I am officially 1dpo.

Right time to get in shower and wake myself up a bit. It's going to be a long day. It's horrible weather here at the moment. Here's hoping that the sun comes out later.

Maclairey that's good news for you right? Means you OV sooner then you thought so more chance that you caught it ;)

Oh wow!!!! I have just jumped in the air with happiness because I have POACBS and I have a smiley face! Oh goodness! Ok I have to calm down and not tell DH! He's just gone out...ahhhh Do I push to DTD before we go out for lunch or do I wait until we come back from lunch! How long do I have? Help!

Dulcet sadly I don't think we can. We've never been able to achieve that because DH takes a while to fill again . I'll be lucky to catch it two days in a row. Hence why I have to really not panic! Hopefully I'm not the only lady out there with the same problem :( I guess it is going to have to be post lunch otherwise I won't have much waving legs in the air time.....apologies for sounding off my rocker!

Maclairey I'm experiencing a stitch on my left side. Is that what OV feels like for you?

So it turns out that I just missed my first real period but the calculations still say I'm a 28day lady working from my first fake period. Hope this is useful info to know for all the long cycle ladies! The period diary App that I downloaded was spot in with its predictions! Although it did say I should have started OV on Friday so it wasn't completely spot on.

I'm knackered today...we went to see Elbow at Jodrell Bank Observatory yesterday. Awesome gig. But very wet. And car park chaos afterwards. I've only had about 5 hours' sleep, but am determined to DTD later on, as CD 5 today, so need to be gearing up for OV :-)

H2B keen, thankfully as ERTD meant no usual mid week action and we've had guests this weekend who've only just left.

I'll pounce on him later.

Yes, Dulcet. And all of the stewards had buggered off so nobody had a clue what was going on. Everybody was stationary for over an hour, until we headed across grass in the opposite direction and then escaped relatively quickly. But utter chaos!

They've cancelled today's Paul Weller gig. Apparently loads of people got trapped in the car park last night, so we were lucky really.

Newbie, my ovulation pain was epically painful! I'm hoping it eases off a bit this month. Now you need to grab DH and DTD!! ;-p

I'm back! move went ok, very tired! No good news from me! Tested this morning ( but not first wee) and it was bfn but im only 9dpo, so still a bit hopeful as I'm still feeling sick from time to time, which is very unusual for me. Af should arrive on Tuesday, but because I ov'd late I'm not expecting it till Thursday! Well actually, I'm not expecting af at all this month and next 8 months!
I'm sorry to hear that af got so many of you this month! Hung on there July will be the month for bfp for everyone! we all in it together!
newbie my dh can only do it once! I think men just want us to think that they can do it all the time, but when it's comes to it, they really can only manage once every couple of days!

So, I was just on the July thread and was trying to add my name to the testing list but realised I don't know when I am testing. Such a noob question but how do I work that out? Should have been paying more attention, I know. Is it the date x amount of days after ovulation? Such a new world to me, still taking it in!

And if you know how long your cycle is, it's when AF is due, so my date would be CD1 of next cycle, assuming I have another 29 day cycle.

I think it could be DPO for some, but not sure when best to test. 10 to 12 days DPO, maybe?

Hi dulcet there's no specific formula for the list. Some choose to test after OV, some when AF is due, some like me test a few days after AF is due.

The date you choose to pOas is entirely upto you

I put my date down 2 days after AF is expected. My cycle is all over the place though not sure about dates just know I will be testing around end of July
