What does your cycle look like on Clomid?

My acupuncturist has said it's meant to induce ovulation on day 14 but I'm currently on day 20 (on 100mg, 3rd month) and having given up on ovulation happening this month, my temperature finally seems to be going up a bit (although that could be the spicy Thai and 2 glasss of wine I had suring a sod it moment last night).
I had a 31 day cycle on the 1st month which showed no ovulation but I had blood done on day 20. I think I have a short luteal phase so thinking it is possible.
Last month was a 25 day cycle and showed I ovulated.

I had 32 day cycles in Clomid, ovulated in day 17. Conceived On 5th cycle, now in the process of trying to tempt baby out with promises of a pony (when kid is 35).

Oh, and get ovulation testing sticks from
eBay, and test every morning from day 10, every cycle until you get a clear picture if when you ovulate. My bloods were a little wacky until we figured out when I was actually ovulating. I think I paid about €10 for 30 sticks. Pack of paper cups from tesco to pee into as well.

I've had 5 cycles of Clomid so far and my ovulation days have been 15, 14, 27, 15 and 36! So I didn't think it is neccesarily true that you will ovulate on Day 14

OPKs are helpful, but not recommended if you have PCOS (though I still use them - just don't take them as gospel)

Given up on OPKs, got 2 positives 11 days apart on my 1st month on clomid. Charting now which is giving me a better idea.

I am Day 16, first cycle of clomid (50mg) and judging by the right pelvic pain and scan I had yesterday I'm ovulating today!
of note - my OPK's have never registered a positive, but maybe that's a time of day thing? Have blood test booked for next week, so can report back on prog levels on day 22 if you like?
