Hi thought i'd introduce myself, i've been slowly reading posts and threads for a couple of months now.
My OH and I have decided to start a family, i came off the pill beginning of May (after 11yrs) &as of yet no AF, but i imagine it'll take time. I don't have any friends that are, have been, or trying to get PG so its down to forums & research to get info.
Atm we are just dtd and seeing where that gets us, although ive started taking preconception tablets and OH is supposed to be reducing caffeine & alcohol. Its such an exciting time :o
