Well the witch has caught up with me at last. So I have decided its time to start a new thread as I think our christmas reindeer need a rest.
So step aboard ladies and join me for a hunt for the golden egg.

I'm sure I'm out. Spotting is now red. Not too much of it though.

OP posts:
Rachstrawberry · 29/06/2012 17:22

Have you done a test pip?

Pipbin · 29/06/2012 18:14

No Rach seems rather pointless. I'm so sure she is on her way.
Not much spotting this afternoon though. Just a tiny red smear.
If my temp is high tomorrow and she hasn't arrived I might. I've got plenty.

SilentMammoth · 29/06/2012 20:35

Pipbin · 29/06/2012 20:49

SilentMammoth · 30/06/2012 08:16

Oh blast. How many days po are you?

I am sorry.

Pipbin · 30/06/2012 08:17

13dpo. FF tell me that tomorrow is my official test date.

OP posts:
Pipbin · 30/06/2012 19:56

Where are you ladies? All doing something exciting I guess.
No news here. No spotting at all today.

OP posts:
SilentMammoth · 30/06/2012 21:46

I'm watching harry potter and scoffing ice cream pip. I don't even like harry potter.

Am I right in thinking this is a long lp for you? Ate you going to test again in the am?

Pipbin · 30/06/2012 21:54

Well 14 is my longest. 13 is average.
I'll see what my temp does in the morning.
Looking at my ramblings on about my last cycle I had the exact same. Spotting, nothing for a day, then AF.

I'll only test tomorrow if my temp is right up.

OP posts:
holbea · 30/06/2012 22:10

What does af mean please?

Flyingwithoutwings · 01/07/2012 07:41

Aunt Flo = period Sad

Flyingwithoutwings · 01/07/2012 07:47

How are you today pip?
I'm just lurking atm, AF due next fri, so nothing to report other than a stinking cold which is affecting my breathing quite badly. Chest is very sore and in finding myself taking shallow breaths rather than normal ones. Raging sore throat and a developing cough Sad
Sweat is pouring off me too
Maybe the GP's theory that the chest infection / pneumonia in Oct has triggered my asthma to return Sad

Never mind, it's my Dad's birthday today, must cheer up Wink

Rachstrawberry · 01/07/2012 08:58

Whats the verdict pip? Is your temp up?

Squirrel77 · 01/07/2012 09:06

Morning all, gosh it's hard to keep track of all that's happened lately. Fingers crossed for you Pip and Crazy...

Lastbox- can you give us the website of the Bombay Dr?? Intrigued!

Now I have recently heard of yet another conception lube called Yes Baby that "promises to restore the woman's flora" after the month's mad sexathon. Don't know about you ladies, but my 'flora' seems to get a bit out of sorts after the frenzy of ovulation. It is expensive though!

I'm on 4 DPO...not much happening. AF is due the morning that I head off without Mr Squirrel on a 14 hour flight to Southeast Asia for work...not sure what I'll do if it's positive!! It's freaking me out a bit...

Pipbin · 01/07/2012 09:11

AF was there when I got up this morning.
At least I know I couldn't have done any more this month.
Might consider a clear blue shag dictator. What do you think ladies?

Crazytictac · 01/07/2012 14:33

Sorry about AF pipbin. At least you're ahead of me and starting your new cycle now. Still no bloody period, am getting hacked off now as it's turning into a marathon cycle again. I think generally the monitors are a good investment if not a bit on the pricey side but from what I've read people do seem to get pregnant very quickly using them everyone apart from me it seems . Go for it!

squirrel that would be typical! Infact, I think it's a good omen that you are due away that day. I mean it would be quite impractical timing and we know what that means :)

flying hope you feel better soon, sounds grim. Hope you've had a nice day (if that's possible being ill?!) with your dad.

Wiggy29 · 01/07/2012 17:31

Pip- so sorry to hear that. As you know, Ie really rate CBFM, I don't know if you remember, but after I'd used it a few days I recommended it to a woman I used to work with who I knew was ttc since September. She got one and actually ended up starting it a couple of weeks after I did; she got a bfp this month too. I would offer you mine Pip but is now promised to person at DP's work who confided that they'd been trying for a year. I'll let you know how they get on. I think if you're in a hurry/ been trying awhile it is defo worth investment.

Hi to the rest of you (insert imaginary 'wave' symbol that MN doesn't actually have). Hope you're all well.

Wiggy29 · 01/07/2012 17:33

PS- in response to 'what are we doing today?', I'm nursing ds as he has bad case of chicken pox (in mouth, ears, on eyelids, penis etc Sad). We both had it quite bad as kids so no risk to pregnancy but did panic me until I had a chance to speak to my mum to confirm.

Flyingwithoutwings · 01/07/2012 18:21

wiggy CP sounds miserable SadSad
Pip so sorry that AF is here, hate the witch!
Tictac, feeling fairly miserable and in an over dramatic way nearly rang an ambulance because my breathing was so bad this morning... Calmed myself down and found inhaler, finally I'm getting oxygen again, drama averted Blush
My dad is being poisoned having Sunday dinner with my sister, I had a pint with him in a pub before hand, he needed the Dutch courage Wink

Pipbin · 01/07/2012 19:54

Just picked up a CBFM on ebay for £31.
However as I understand it you need to start with it on CD1. So I think I'll start it next cycle.

OP posts:
Crazytictac · 01/07/2012 20:40

pipbin think you have a few days grace to set it yet so you should be able to use it this cycle. There are downloadable instructions on the clearblue website which might be helpful too.

flying yikes, really does sound like you're suffering. Hope you are being looked after?

AF still MIA

Crazytictac · 01/07/2012 20:41

wiggy your poor DS. Hope he is on the mend

Wiggy29 · 01/07/2012 20:45

Pip- crazy is right, you have a few days. Ring info line&they'll be able to tell you exact details but pretty sure you have 5 days.

Crazy- should we be excited for you? Are you debating poas?

Ds seems to be getting worse not better, it's a horrible thing. In some ways it's good he's older as can bribe him not to scratch. Has one right in corner near eye which is awful& several on lip/ mouth/ in ears. You just want to take their suffering away& have it yourself.
