Does vitamin B complex have any side effects? Ie why am I bleeding?

Hello first month on B-50 complex vits from Holland and Barratt as have a short 9 day luteal phase. Am on CD11 and have had some spotting. Bit worried as never had this before. What could it be and are the B vits the cause? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I've been taking B complex for a couple of months now and I've not had ay midcycle spotting.

At CD11 I'd suspect some OV spotting.

Hi Pipbin, thanks for reply. Never had spotting before. Usually OV day 17ish (accord to CBFM). Haven't heard of OV spotting before. Is it common? Thanks

here same here. I bought it from Holland and Barret but Solgar brand. each time I take it. I start sporting. so im kind of worried 😟
