Please can anyone advice me on when you may need clomid?

It took 3 years trying for my daughter, now been trying for 11 months for a second? had scans way back whilst trying for my daughter and advised i have a hostile environment. Could i benefit from clomid? have a gp visit booked for the 24th May. x

Clomid is good for women who don't ovulate or ovulate rarely, as far as I know. Often prescribed for PCOSers.

I think sometimes it can be given to boost ovulation as well. It was a mission getting my GP to prescribe it, so I saw someone in Morocco.

Is it something i could see someone privately about? I ovulate late in my cycle and my luteal phase is short, would it help this? Thankyou for your quick response, any joy with a BFP for you? x

No BFP as yet unfortunately, but I am on my first cycle and in the wait!

It's worth giving it a go, but private clinics can be as tricky as GPs sometimes!

I think it can help with the luteal phase issue, it's definitely worth asking.

eek only 11 days to go and everything crossed!!!!!!!!! keep positive and apparently this part good to drink warming herbal teas with cinnamen or spiced to keep area warm inside!!! xxx
