iloveberries Age 31, DH 32, DS 2 yrs. Been TTC #2 for a year, 1 m/c, 1 ectopic, 1 tube removed. Will be starting TTC again after my next AF.

Still following the ladies on my original TTC thread but most of them are now pregnant so whilst I'm delighted for them I wanted to start a new place for those who have been TTC for a while and are still awaiting a healthy, sticky bean in the right place.

All welcome..... nothing if off limits, nothing is TMI, no 'babydust' though please

Rachie- aw bet the starting school was awful for you though! Am dreading it my dd starts next week Sad already starting to miss her! My 2 days off a week will be a lonely affair! Sounds like you have tried a good dtd programme!!! Let's hope the miscarriage will have made you more fertile! X

MunchinMango · 05/09/2012 22:33

hellokitty you never know, I think you poas way too early!!! But who am I to talk I poas in a flash. fx for you.

Hi Rachie, sorry to hear about cp but I think we did suspect it. On the positive you did nearly do it so you are already proving the medics wrong. Fair play you are giving it a good shot this cycle . It's hard seeing your little ones start school. My dd started a week ago and I was so wound up about it but I think it has gone ok.

mrsnec · 06/09/2012 05:44

Hi All, must be difficult with the kids at school but make the most of having some time to yourself. Hellokitty, FX! Sorry to hear your news Rachie but agree with what the others have said. Hi Munch and everyone else. Been meaning to ask you all something. As you may no I don't temp or do opks as I'm worried it will add to the stress. With how some of your cycles work I'm now wondering if I ov late and am mistaking ov pains for the ones you'd get with pmt. Last time I thought I saw ewcm at day 18 ish which was the last time we dtd but the cramps started about a week later and lasted 2 days then af a few days after that. Sorry for being thick but how can you tell the difference? Think we should try when I get them next time just in case?

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 06/09/2012 09:07

I do the same have the clear stringy then cramps a week later and then af a week after that. Hmmmmm I say do it every other day for the entire month Grin x

MunchinMango · 06/09/2012 10:18

I really don't know mrs or hello kitty. If yous have cramps a few days before AF I would doubt that they are ov pains. Where are your pains? I get them either on left side or right but they are different to the pre AF cramps that are in the middle. Does that help? Hello kitty advice of eod for month would defo have you covered but I fear that would be a huge task to fulfil. Mrs would you consider using opk just as experiment to see when you ov?

mrsnec · 06/09/2012 11:14

Thanks Munch. And Hellokitty I always feel better when I know it's not just me! I can't remember if pains are different or pinpoint where they were but will look out for that. It's the fact that they stop before af that made me think could be ov. Never used to be like that. I still worry opk would stress me too much. I still haven't found them here and keep thinking I could get pg in the time it takes Amazon to deliver! May get best pal to bring me some when she visits next month. Might temp though and use tracking ap. Didn't start yet as air temp here has been the same as body temp so I was worried about not being accurate. Need to get decent thermometer. Or could just shag more!

MunchinMango · 07/09/2012 22:59

Hi ladies, another week gone!!! Hope yous are all ok and have a nice weekend.

Well I'm hoping I've Ov and we dtd last two nights, don't know if have energy for tonight, we'll see lol.

mrsnec · 08/09/2012 12:37

great news munch.. Hope things are going well for you too Hellokitty sounds like a nice weekend so far glad you have some good weather. No news here. It's early in the cycle but think might start soon just in case!

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 08/09/2012 19:10

Hi all, mrs it's exciting at start of cycle , warm and fuzzy ovulation , nerve racking 2ww, af day blooming miserable! It's a cycle of highs and lows hey?
I am on day 26 so have to wait til Tuesday to find out but think its a try again next time as pains etc bla bla ! Gorgeous weather though and my lil lady starts school Thursday Smile exciting times for her x x

mrsnec · 09/09/2012 06:48

Didn't happen in the end. I went on strike as DH had been drinking all afternoon. If he has a dry day today he may get lucky later! FX for you though at least the 2WW is nearly over too!

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 09/09/2012 06:56

Confiscate all drinks lol unless water Grin
Yes just want it to arrive early so can start againSmile
Don't feel it this month and am usually correct .
What day you on? X

MunchinMango · 09/09/2012 10:54

Hi ladies, hope yous are enjoying weekend.

Hellokitty you've not long now to wait. Whatever is to be will be. You'll prob be distracted by your dd starting school. Hope she loves it and that you don't feel sad.

Mrs your hilarious. Hope your dh sticks to soft drinks lol. But sure we all need to let our hair down.

Well we didn't manage to dtd again as we were both too exhausted. So the time as past :( just wait and see now.

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 09/09/2012 12:55

Munch fx that one clever Duncan goodhew has arrived at the correct finishing line for you!!!!
What a hot sunny day it is!!!
I am this coming month going to be a religious vitamin popper, every other night baby dancer, and a feet up as much as poss practicer! Amen!
How you ladies feeling? X

mrsnec · 09/09/2012 14:21

I know we need to let hair down a bit but he does tend to overdo it. I had one of those teeny tiny little beers and woke up with a headache. Maybe I'm jelous of him as am such a lightweight! Just been out for lunch with the inlaws he's had his quota for the day to get through that! I think it's about CD9 for me. My folks arrive on wednesday I'm not sure we'll be able to get on it as much as I'd like. Feels strange with other peeps staying. & they're here 12 days. Might have to go on quality rather than quantity this month. Last time I was doing most of the work which could be another reason for bfn. Hope your good weather lasts. It's still boiling here too.

MunchinMango · 10/09/2012 10:34

Hiya ladies. Another week begins.

That's nice mrs that your folks are coming for a visit. I can understand you feeling funny about dtd while there is people in house. I'd be the same. Yes defo try to go for just around ov time. Although that is easier said than done knowing when ov is. Watch out for pains on the side.

Yes Hellokitty let's hope there was a super swimmer that made it lol. I got different vitamins, 7 seas brand b complex with folic acid. I had been taking pregnacare since mc but it was only when I stopped taking it on hols that my AF came back coincidence ??? There was another thread where alot of ladies felt that it was messing with their cycles and others then that said it was just mad as how could vitamins do that. But I'm not convinced.

mrsnec · 10/09/2012 12:41

Hi Munch. Will watch out for pains. I worried they were late though. On the subject of vitamins have upped my vitamin B as I read it legnthens the luteal phase but I'm never sure on the vitamin supplement thing. I don't even like taking FA. I am of the opinion that you can get what you need from your diet but given that I don't have any dc's maybe not best person to ask! Yes will be nice to see folks but not the best timing. DH was considering alternative venues but I'm a prude so that's not happening!

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 10/09/2012 18:20

Mrs the car and beach is what my dp would have suggested lol!!! Good luck grabbing quickies when you can Grin x

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 10/09/2012 18:21

Munch- def agree any thing you take can affect you depends from individual , I find medication effects
Me too x

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 10/09/2012 20:02

Sad bleeding brown stringy though just like the period I thought I was having at miscarriage what do you ladies think? X

MunchinMango · 10/09/2012 20:20

Sorry Hellokitty has your AF arrived? My first AF after mc lasted two weeks. For first week it was brown stuff like after mc but second week it turned into normal red AF. I don't know if that helps? Just read back the thread and you are on cd28ish?

MunchinMango · 10/09/2012 20:21

Mrs the beach was obvious place I could think of. But I'd hate the sand. Any cheapy hotel rooms for an afternoon rendevue ?

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 10/09/2012 20:24

Yes day 28 due tomorrow for af, but had miscarriage march and it started just like this x yes mrs a hotel room :-)

MunchinMango · 10/09/2012 23:52

Oh no Hellokitty you don't think your having a mc?? ?? I really hope not. Did you do a test? please let me know how you are tomorrow. Take care.

mrsnec · 11/09/2012 05:27

Morning All! Hellokitty, all mine are different. I've never (knowingly) had an MC so am not sure if this is correct or not but I thought it was just clots over a certain size you had to watch for. Please try not to worry about it too much though! Yes DH was thinking beach or car but also various places at work too. I like the sound of an afternoon hotel rendesvous so I am going to look into that too.
