Thought I would take the plunge and start the June thread! I won't be getting my May BFP as my cycles are sooooooo long. Who's. With me?

Ted that link is great. Checked my dates and if there is anything to implant it will probably happen on 4th June for me. That's the day I have to be up at 4am (going on hols ). At least I will have lots to distract me that day.

Well im on cd19 and we've dtd on cds 7, 11, 13, 15 & 19 - currently mid winkle lol so 5 times in 12 days which given DH was away for weekend and I was so flippin sick the weekend before is not bad goin really. I think I poss have OV or am about to OV - plenty of ewcm last couple of days - but cos my cycles can be so long FF is not predicting OV until Monday so going to have to maintain shagfest! Really hope I didnt OV y'day & miss it tho, DH was not 'in the mood' last night grumble grumble

I am CD15 and no noticeable cm let alone ewcm!

Skipped dtd last night to save for dtd every day day until the 7 June.

I am sick of this now, Winkle! We've been trying for so long and the ironic thing is that I think we've missed it every month!!

I think we humpalot just after AF to around CD 14 and then we taper off (like last night - was just too tired!). But I think we actually miss it and I think I OV later than I think.

Also, with the research and stuff I've done, you can't really pinpoint the exact day that the egg will drop so you really do need to do it for ages just in case.

The idea that our bodies are in any way uniform or routine is a joke really.

But it's been nearly a year now so we're going to try the "hump like rabbits" routine for the next two months and then we're going to a doctor.

We also bought "His and Hers" fertility tests so will do that when AF arrives this month

Kicking in exhausted just reading about all your dtd!! I'm 7dpo now and can't believe I have to wait another week!

I think when people ask me why I'm crying and I get to reply: "It's all the sperm"...I will feel complete

Same here kicking. We're 8/9 months in. First few months we did the relaxed method and only doing it when we felt like it but we weren?t doing it enough so nothing. Then we would go for it between days 8-18ish. Still nothing!

This month we've DTD 10, 13, 14, 16, 18 and 23 ? just wish we had managed it cd 20/21 but it was so hot we really couldn't ? not from the want of trying!

AF arrived but all your posts are getting me motivated for dtd and winkling . I guess I am out for the 1st of June but might be due another testing session end of June.

Waiting for AF to finish and then going for it EOD.

winkle We've done all the OV testing and tried the charting and all that rubbish. I also realised that I normally count CD1 as the day after AF arrives so that's added a day already. This is also our first month of DTD lots and lots.

I started a thread in pregnancy to see if there was any discernible theory that worked and it seems to have been DTD EOD (or every day!) and putting a pillow under the bum during the winkle. I think they ALL did the pillow thing!

Sorry about AF. Moving on to better things this month though!! DTD EOD! That seems to be the thing that works. Glad you're back though - was worried :)

Thanks red! I don't do the pillow I literally erm walk my legs up the wall so my pelvis is vertical and I'm resting on my shoulders and stay there asking as I can usually manage at least half hour

Yeh I read that they say the bits that need to be up there go up there, but they need some help to stay up there so lie down for at least 30mins afterwards.

Let's hope the pinkie winkle is effective

Kicking. Just read your thread in pregnancy. Some interesting stuff. I particularly liked one ladies advice of get drunk loads. And another who said fuck it and went on holiday.

Think chilling out seems to have worked for most people. I just wish I could make myself chill but I am a pee on a stick obsessive.

Just about avoiding symptom spotting but am only 3dpo so early days yet.

7dpo for me! Boobs slightly tender... No poas yet!

pinkie I am 8dpo so practically the same. I am going to test on Sunday rather than Saturday. I am a day behind what I thought I was. I thought OV day was DPO 1 but that countdown website says dpo1 is the day AFTER OV.

I am sick with nerves about a bfn. I may even just not bother testing and see what happens with AF. I really can't tell you how much I hate that wait for the stick to change, or not change.

Are you testing this Sunday ted? I was planning in testing June 6th 14dpo no temptation to test earlier... Yet! My fertility friend app has also classed the day after my smiley as my ov day an predicts af for June 7th

I have some bad news for you. There is no website alive that can tell you when you OVed. In fact - you probably don't even know! :)

Just just go with it and see what happens.

Your body can prepare and ovulate and drop an egg over about a week. You can fertilise over 3 days. You can implant over 10 - 11 days. Nothing is set in stone!

I am actually so much more chilled this month. I don't even really care when I OV (can't pinpoint it anyway) so just having LOTS of humpage.

I haven't "caught" OV - an apparently, no one else has either. It's DTD often and regularly that seems to work.

All my mates said the same as well.

Hi kicking, I know what you are saying but I am very very lucky and have regular periods. 28 or 29 days without fail.

I know nothing is set in stone but I would be amazed if that doesn't mean I OV roughly in the middle of that month. Day 14 or 15. I am also lucky to get a small amount of OV pain.

I have now had 3 pregnancies and all were conceived after 2 months of trying based in these cycle assumptions.

I think, for me, it helps to believe that things are OK 'down there', pretty normal and that I just have to be patient and wait for the month it happens!

pinkie .. I am off on hols on Saturday and want to have a few days fun if it means I will be getting AF on the Tuesday! I will likely be a grumpy old cow for the week a couple of days which out of a 7 day holiday is a bummer!
