Evaporation lines on One step HPT

Hi,

just wondering if other people are getting these at all? Bought a bunch of internet tests and have had several without any sort of evap, and then today I have two and both have very faint lines.

I'm not getting too excited as 1. it's only 5dpo - or could possibly be 8, depending how reliable FF is...and 2. I'm too annoyed at DP's drunken ramblings last night to want his baby anyway

but I just thought I'd ask as it might be the case that you get faint evaps with these b*ggers all the time.

Any thoughts appreciated.

When is your AF actually due? I've had a bfp and an evaporation line on those - different cycles one was a chemical pregnancy The positive was bright pink, the evap line was grey. Essentially, I think you're testing too early. I'd sit on your hands and test when your period is due or late for a clear answer! Hth.

I'm still unsure if the lines I've seen on Clear Blur and Numark tests ( both make a cross for positive) were faint positives or evap lines. So strange because I have had definite negatives too. In all cases mine didn't graduate to definite BFPs so there's the proof I suppose. Your hormone levels should be doubling every day if you are pregnant so test again in a couple of days. Good luck

I had these tests and found them very faint even after AF was due. Had convinced myself it was an evap line at the time, but was in fact pregnant.

If I were you if wait a few days or just keep testing for a few days as they're so damn cheap!
