Does sleep deprivation affect your cycle?

Since having my daughter 11 months ago my cycle has been to the day every 28 days. That is until now. Before having her I was diagnosed with mild PCOS but we conceived her naturally using OPK's...(just as we were about to see a fertility consultant and I had the dye test re my tubes which seemed to be ok just before that) so I have got very excited when my cycle was so regular and has been for the last 6 months or more. I returned to work full time in March and have severe sleep deprivation due to night waking due to her teething and illness episodes, also had a v bad cold. No sign of AF this month. 2.5 weeks late. Not pregnant. We want to start trying for baby no 2. I am getting worried that we are back in the situation where it took us 2 years to conceive dd. Any answers as to whether sleep deprivation can affect your cycle? Is it just the PCOS again? I have had none of the other PCOS related symptoms - normal weight, no hair issues, no acne etc. Just my cycles were up the spout before having dd. We want to start trying again now as age is not on our side. Advice gratefully received.
