Hi all here's my story, DH and i have a DD who is 4 last year we decided to ttc ad fell pg fairly quick which sadly ended in M/C at 6 weeks in July. I got pg again but that too ended in M/C again at 6 wks. Gp ran bloods and said all normal and thought it was just bad luck and told me to take 75mg aspirin daily.

Monday i got a BFP i used the indicator test which said 1-2 meaning 3-4 wks pg.
My last AF was 9 march so i thought i'd be 6 weeks today.

Yesterday i had a bit of lower abdo pain i went to dr who sent me to hosp with suspected ectopic! Waited for hrs had bloods done (all normal) and a internal exam which was fine.

Had a scan today which showed NOTHING at all no sac, nothing?!?
Dr said i may not be 6 weeks yet or it could still be ectopic. My HCG level is 300 so got to go back tomorrow to see if it goes up.

I've just done another indicator test it said 2-3 making me 4-5 wks.

Is it normal what's happened to me?

Sorry it's so long and thankyou if you have taken time to read this.

First off, home pregnancy indicator tests aren't reliable - they rely on the strength of your wee and can vary greatly - disregard those!

I think you need to see what happens over the next few days with regards to your HCG. Hopefully it'll be good news - and you could easily not yet be 6 weeks pregnant? But if it's not, I think you need to push for a referral to a specialist at the hospital as that's quite a few MC in a short period of time and investigations are usually offered after 3.

Good luck, I hope the HCG results are good :)

Agree with Fluffy, dont rely on those tests. See what your blood results show tomorrow and go from there ( I know easier said than done). If it is an ectopic you are in the best hands. If you are earlier than six weeks you probably would not be able to see anything on the scan. My dd was missed on an early scan ! If you do mc then you should try and see a specialist to see what is happening ( as Fluffy said). I hope you have a positive outcome.
Take care.

I don't have an answer but just wanted to say I'm thinking of you and I hope all is well, hopefully just not quite 6 weeks.x
