Ok we really really want dc #4... dc#3 is now 14 months old and id like to be getting on with the final one! however I am so worried that Im just too stressed. I am lucky that normally I have no problems concieving (under 4 months with all) but big problems at work that have gone on for teh past 9 months. no sign of the abating yet... I have a mirena in now but I am also taking st Johns wort. My obs has told me it only slightly lowers is effiacy but if we want another dc she will happily take it out.... She got my concerns but as she works "with " me she understands that my issues may be around for some time yet! she figures just get on with it.. anyone else been in a similar boat?
Just worried about problems with bub if im too stress, i can take early mat leave and lots of sick leave i guess if needed... grrrrr just not sure... My worry is also that ds Dc#2 has special needs due to a neuro problem of no aeteolgy and I was very stressed whilst pregnant with him ( self balming) moved house ( other side of the world) , got married, big family stress.....

Sorry to hear about your stresses. Can I suggest acupuncture - I've only had two sessions but already feel calmer. It's also claimed to help conception so a double whammy. Yoga is also good for relieving stress. Good luck.
