Pre Preg Vits!

Hello Ladies,

I am in the market for a good pre-preg vit and wondered if there was any 'best' one out there, any that have been universally popular.

Also if there is anything else I could be doing to get in best shape possible, am eating healthy, trying to get to the gym but as a teacher in EYFS my job is pretty much a daily work out, and cutting out nearly all alcohol. Also thought about getting pre-seed. We use sylk atm and obviously this is prob not best for the little swimmers but we will need something in its place. Too much thrush is no fun or good for conception I would have thought.

Thanks for any advice and input.

Preseed is good, but use much less than it tells you on the packet or you will find yourself quite drippy! 1ml is enough - they tell you to use 4ml. If you look at the pictures of sperm on the website you will se that it is much better than traditional lube for ttc, but not as good as no lube at all. Quite a few of my friends have got pregnant while using it, but I haven't.

I think most pre-preg vitamins are much of a muchness.

I would suggest giving up caffeine and booze (but not to the point it makes you uptight).

Yeah I have pretty much done that with booze, occasional drinks but nothing regular or heavy. Tea is a different matter, I have tried to cut down but tea is almost like my life blood! It will take some work to cut that down but I know I will have to in early stages of pregnancy because of caffeine.

Thanks for that about preseed. I wish we could go without but you can imagine the annoyance of constant thrush!
